At any good chemical supplier.
Ammonium Nitrate is available as a fertilizer, so you may be able to get it at hardware stores or plant nurseries.
If you ask for them together, most store clerks would at least go and get the manager and may refuse to sell them to you.
It is not hard to work out what you are intending to do with them.
