Have you tried yell.com or a google/dogpile search? Theres quite a few places doing it now. I thinks some even do a mobile service, leaving the tyre on the rim - probably not as good as a total tyre-off refurb, but worth looking into.
Pop into your local Halfords, the guys can give you a quote and refer you to the company called Shine who actually do the work.
