Hello, I've synthesized TiO2 powder and I'm thinking of doing application on coating. How do I make coating from TiO2 powder?How do I make coating from TiO2 powder?
The method I use for applying TiO2 coatings is plasma spray, but is expensive, and your powder has to be able to flow trough an powder feeding hose without clogging (for that you need an even powder size distribution and a round shape powder morphology)
In plasma spray you melt the powder -using plasma- and project it at high speed towards the substrate you want to coat, making a nice uniform coating with the molten droplets-called splats-How do I make coating from TiO2 powder?
