I know I can buy the coated tubes. But is there a way to coat the color myself. I have found a few stores that sell Neon coating powders but I don't know how I can bind it to the tube. Is there a chemical or a device to do this?Does anyone know where I can find Neon Sign coating powder and how I can use it?
These powders are generally of two types. They may already contain the binder or they are designed to stick to the hot soft glass from the flame.
