Aluminum Powder??

I'm going to make some flash powder, but can't find some aluminum powder. i am making the flash powder with potassium nitrate, aluminum powder, and sulfur.





Can i just take some aluminum foil and put it though a coffee grinder?Aluminum Powder??
you can buy some Al powders from chemical materials providers eg. Merck, Fluka, Aldrich, etc.Aluminum Powder??
Why buy it when you can make it at home for nearly free?! I bought this eBook at www.makechemicals.com and it showed me how to make dark aluminum powder, which is what this guy needs. Report Abuse
