Contact their corporate office in Bentonville, Arkansas. Ask for the purchasing department for the Optical Department. If they tell you that they do not have a specific purchaser for that department, then ask for purchasing. They should be able to tell you what steps to take. Do not tell the receptionist what it is concerning. Just ask to be connected. Chances are they won't ask before connecting.
