To plan for me. There are powder coating kits at Northern Tool and Harbor freight. If the rim will fit into your home oven you can get good results.
I just got a quote for toy fj cruiser wheels (17';). eighty per rim. shop is in L.B.,Ca. yes black will look good. try leaving the outer lip alum ( I like scotch-briting)%26amp; chrome lug nuts(if exposed). good luck
