I've just brought a second hand bike and it needs a respray really bad. I've been searching on the net for do it yourself methods, and most of the forums suggest that DIY will end up costing similar to a pro job, like powder coating. I just want one solid colour. If anyone could suggest a company in Sydney that could do it, that would be great!How much would it cost to get a mountain bike professionally resprayed? eg, powder coat?
sometime if you take this to a dealer who sells the same brand you can have it resprayed by the factory professionally. like i know trek does this for there bikes. they will offer some paint choices and you let the factory do it. go find a shop that sells this bike and ask them if they involve in this. otherwise it would be my idea to take this to a car body shop and they might do it/
